Dan

Dan is the President and CEO of his Company which he started over 34 years ago. He received his BS from Fairfield University, a Master's Degree in Tax from FDU, is a Certified Tax Coach for 10 years, and a Certified Public Accountant for 30+years and a certified financial advisor. Dan is married with one child and enjoys traveling with his family. He is a "CFO on the go"!

Rita

Rita is the Company's Finance Director and has been with our Team since 1999. Rita interacts with our internal staff members, as well as our Clients on a daily basis. Rita received her Associate Degree at 50 years old and soon after joined DPV's Company; after working many years with her husband, Charlie, in his Company Business. Rita enjoys spending quality time with her Family; including her husband, 4 daughters, and several grand and great-grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys reading and playing mind challenging games.

Yolanda

Yolanda is the Office Manager and plays an integral part of the DPV Team in keeping operations always organized and moving forward. Yolanda has been a part of the Team since 2008 and manages all administrative functions for the entire Office. Yolanda greatly enjoys the relationships she has built over the years with the many customers she has assisted. Yolanda loves spending quality time with her spouse, 4 children, and 2 grandchildren. Yolando loves to travel whenever time allows.

Michele

Michele is the Senior Tax Manager & QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has been with the Company for 27+ years. Michele specializes in office set up for all entity types and tax elections. Michele is credited with unraveling many tax issues for new clients and saving them thousands of dollars in penalties and tax. She is married with two stepsons and adores her little dog, Rufus. In her off time, Michele enjoys working out, painting, and collecting antiques & collectibles.

Steve

Steve's position as a Business Account Manager began in 2014 here at DPVs Company. Steve earned his Business of Science from FDU. Steve enjoys working with customers and long-term relationships built with them. Steve is married with 2 sons, 2 stepdaughters and several grandchildren. He has many hobbies, including biking, target shooting, ham radio operation and photography, as well as personal travel.

Neda

Neda's position as our Tax Advisory Manager began in 2021 at our Company. Neda received her BA from SUNY and shortly after, her Master's of Science & Engineering also earned at SUNY. Neda has been a CPA for 17+ years exceling in public accounting & taxation and keeps our clients informed on new tax laws. She is a member of AICPA & CMA. Neda enjoys spending time and traveling with her daughter.

Julia

Julia is our Bookkeeping Manager and Tax Resolution Specialist. Julia first joined our Company in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. She continued to excel in her different positions and eventually promoted to her present job as Bookkeeper Manager. Julia enjoys assisting her Colleagues and Clients in resolving tax issues. She is family oriented and has 3 wonderful children and 1 granddaughter that she enjoys spending time with when not resolving tax issues.

BettyAnn

Ron

Ron's position is a part-time Business Account Managerwhich began in 2004. Ron is semi-retired and continuing with many of his long-term clients here at the Company. Ron is married with 2 children and two grandchildren. Ron loves to travel and vacation with his wife and family.

Nancy

Nancy is our Marketing Manager and began working on a part-time basis in 2020. Her main responsibility is establishing and building relationships with potential clients. Her past career as a HR Director has contributed to her success in communicating with various levels of management enabling her to generate sales and profits for the Company. Nancy is married with 2 children and 1 beautiful grandchild. When not working, Nancy enjoys traveling, the beach, meeting new people, walking the pups and especially spending time with her family.

Milena

Milena is our Administrative Assistant joining the Company in 2024. In Milena's existing role she is busy handling Dan's schedule and calendar, answering all incoming calls for the entire staff and performing special projects for the staff as required. Milena enjoys being a Fur Mom and working out.

Jona

Jona is a Bookkeeper for the Company who joined the Team in 2024 and works remote. She has a strong grasp of accounting operations and adept at streamlining financial processes. Jona loves learning and obtained her BS in Accounting and is continuing to pursue her CPA License in Accounting. Jona enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Barbara

Barb is our QuickBooks Trainer/Consultant. Barb sold accounting and project management software/hardware solutions for 15 years and then was a CFO for a law firm for 15 years. She has helped many companies with QuickBooks solutions for the last 15 years, helping hundreds of clients to set up and run their bookkeeping more efficiently. She enjoys golf, biking and time at the beach in her free time. She has raised two great sons and now enjoys spending time with 2 grandchildren.
